Exploited Milk Producers (“EMP”) is a California company that has been formed by dairy owners to represent dairy owners that have been forced into suffering financial losses at the hands of the Producers Review Board (“PRB”)(the entity that has conspired to continue the Quota Implementation Plan (“QIP”)

Separately, by joining EMP, you would be requesting EMP attorneys to contact you to discuss the goals of a second lawsuit against the PRB and seeks a refund of quota payments made in the last four years.
